Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you hire any of my services, whether you pay online or accept a quote.

This is a translation for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms are governed by Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI-CE), Law 7/1998 on general contractual terms and, where the customer is a consumer, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, TRLGDCU).

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate (currently 21% in Spain) at checkout and on the invoice. Where EU reverse-charge rules apply to businesses, the invoice reflects them. On-site training outside Barcelona may include travel expenses, always stated before you buy.
Each service’s scope is described on its page. For AI implementation and Zendesk administration, the specific scope, price and timeline are those in the quote or proposal you accept in writing, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
How to buy online
- On the service page, click “Buy now” to reach Stripe’s secure checkout.
- Before paying, you can review the service, the amount and your details, and correct any mistake. If you leave the page, nothing is charged.
- Once you pay, Stripe emails you a receipt and you are taken to a confirmation page.
- Within one business day I get in touch to schedule the first session and send your invoice.
The contract can be concluded in Spanish or English. I keep the payment confirmation and the invoice, and you can ask me for a copy at any time at [email protected].
Payment methods
- Online payments: by card or other methods available through Stripe. I never see your full card details.
- Quotes and monthly fees: by bank transfer or direct debit, on the terms set out in the accepted proposal.
Start, rescheduling and cancellation
- Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement after payment.
- You can reschedule a session free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- If I am unable to deliver a service you have paid for, I refund the undelivered part in full.
- Zendesk administration has no lock-in: you can cancel at any time and billing stops from the following month.
Audit credit
If, after the process audit, you hire me for an implementation project within 15 days of receiving the report, the full audit fee (€1,500, excluding VAT) is deducted from the implementation quote.
Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
My services are designed for businesses and professionals, who have no right of withdrawal. If you buy as a consumer, meaning for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion without giving a reason.
To do so, send me a clear statement at [email protected]. You may use this model, though it is not mandatory:

I will refund all payments received within 14 calendar days of your notice, using the same payment method you used.
If you expressly ask me to start the service within the withdrawal period, for example by scheduling the first session within those 14 days, and then withdraw, you will pay for the part of the service already provided. Once the service has been fully provided with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose this right, you can no longer withdraw (articles 103 and 108 TRLGDCU).
Liability
I provide my services with due professional care. Recommendations and automations rely on the information and access you give me, and the final decision on how to use them lies with your company. Third-party tools used in the work (for example Claude, Zendesk or Google Workspace) are subject to their own terms, and their fees or usage are paid by your company directly to the provider unless agreed otherwise.
I treat your company’s information as confidential. Where the work involves access to personal data your company controls, we sign a data processing agreement (article 28 GDPR).
Complaints
Send any complaint to [email protected]. I will reply as soon as possible and in any case within one month. Consumers may also contact the consumer protection services of their region.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Barcelona, unless you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
