Cookie policy

The short version: this website does not set cookies. That is why you will not see a cookie banner.

Last updated:

This is an English version provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version (Política de cookies) prevails.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or your behaviour for advertising or analytics purposes.

Cookies used by this website

None. This website does not set any cookies of its own, nor does it use your browser’s local storage (localStorage) to track you.

The only exception is a preference you choose yourself: if you press the light/dark mode button in the menu, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (key theme) so the next page remembers it. It identifies no one, never leaves your device and, being a customisation you explicitly request, does not require consent. You can remove it by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

For analytics I use Plausible Analytics, an EU-hosted service that works without cookies and stores no personal data. It only gives me aggregated figures, such as how many people visited a page or which country they came from, without identifying anyone.

As no cookies requiring consent are set, Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI-CE does not require a cookie banner, which is why there is none.

Third-party cookies, only if you choose

Some external services may set their own cookies, but only when you choose to use them:

  • Google Calendar: the booking calendar does not load until you click “Show the calendar”. From that point, Google Calendar may set technical cookies it needs to work.
  • Stripe: if you click a payment button, a Stripe page opens, which may use its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud.
  • WhatsApp: WhatsApp links open Meta’s service, which applies its own cookie policy.

These cookies are managed by those third parties, not by me. You can read their privacy and cookie policies on their websites.

How to manage or delete cookies in your browser

You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
  • Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data.
  • Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.

If you block third-party cookies, the Google Calendar booking page or Stripe checkout may not work properly.
