Process audit
€1,500 + VAT
2 weeks · 3 sessions with your team. You get a map of your processes, the bottlenecks and a prioritised automation plan.
AI & business process automation consultant for SMBs
I look at how your team actually works, find where the hours go and build automations and Claude-based agents wired into Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace and your CRM. Fixed prices, and results you can count in hours and tickets.
Published prices, no small print. Not sure where to start? Start with the audit: its full price is credited if we go on to an implementation project within 15 days.

from €3,000 + VAT
Automations and Claude agents connected to your tools. Handover training and 30 days of support included.
from €500/month + VAT
A Zendesk admin you can rely on: triggers, macros, views, reporting and AI in support. No lock-in.
€900 + VAT per session
Half a day with your ops or support team. Real use cases, and 2–3 working automations by the end.
Hours go into repetitive tasks. You know AI could help, but you don't know where to start and you can't afford to break anything.
Start with the audit →The team is stretched and processes live across Sheets, Slack and Zendesk with nothing joined up. You want agents running in weeks, not quarters.
See AI implementation →Triggers fight each other, macros go unused and nobody trusts the reports. You'd like AI in support without making a mess.
See Zendesk administration →Three figures and one minute: what your company pays each month for repetitive work done by hand, and how quickly automating it pays for itself.
Not everything is a big project. Often what saves the most time is a small, well-thought-out piece nobody had the time to build. Spotting those is what I'm best at.
Every morning Slack gets a message with the day's check-ins and what still needs preparing for each one. Nobody has to remember to look at the sheet.
Google Sheets that fill themselves in, validate their data and flag anything off: duplicates, overdue dates or missing fields.
Pending documents, signatures or payments: the system does the chasing and people only review what has got stuck.
A well-designed Zendesk macro or view saves seconds per ticket, and across hundreds of tickets a month those seconds add up to hours.
They usually take hours or a few days to build, and you feel the difference in the first week.
Three recent projects, anonymised: what was there, what I built and what changed.
B2B distribution
-32 h/month of order entry typed into the ERP
The process audit found the bottleneck: two people keying orders that arrived by email and PDF into the ERP by hand. A small implementation fixed it in three weeks, and the audit fee was credited.
Logistics software (B2B SaaS)
-120 h/month of manual work in ops and support
An ops and support team spent its days copying data between Zendesk, Slack, Sheets and HubSpot. Three Claude agents now do that work and the team only reviews the exceptions.
E-commerce
140 → 38 active triggers after the clean-up
An online shop whose Zendesk nobody had administered for a year. First we sorted out triggers and views; then we added AI classification and suggested replies on the Extended plan.

01
30 minutes to find the process that eats the most hours. If I can't see a clear return, I'll say so and we stop there.
02
I map the process as it really runs, not as the manual says. I time it and rank what to automate by impact and effort.
03
I build on top of your existing tools in short deliveries. Your team starts testing in week one.

Documentation, team training and support. Everything lives in your accounts: no black boxes, no dependency on me.
Claude · Claude skills · Google Drive or SharePoint
When each person writes their own prompts, results vary and nobody can improve them. Claude skills package a process, with its instructions, templates and examples, so the whole team runs it the same way.
Claude · Gmail or Outlook · HubSpot or Pipedrive · Slack
Enquiries arrive by email, web form and forwarded messages, and someone types them into the CRM when they have time. Claude reads each one, creates or updates the contact and deal, and alerts the right person.
Claude · Gmail or Outlook · Google Sheets · ERP or internal back office · Slack
Back office teams spend their days moving documents and data between email, spreadsheets and internal tools. Claude agents take over the routine steps and hand people only the cases that need judgement.
Zendesk · Claude · Shopify or your CRM
Instead of an agent sorting the queue every morning, Claude reads each new ticket, fills in reason, priority and language, adds order or account data and lets your triggers route it.
Zendesk · Slack · Google Sheets · Claude
Important tickets reach the right Slack channel with a three-line summary, and the incident log in Google Sheets updates itself. Your support team stops being the glue between tools.
Claude · Gmail or Outlook · Google Drive · ERP or accounting software · Google Sheets
Supplier invoices arrive by email as PDFs and someone keys them in line by line. Claude reads them, extracts and checks the data, and leaves a draft in your accounting system for a person to approve.
No. Most of my clients have nobody technical in-house. I handle the technical side and leave the system documented and explained so your team can run and oversee it without me.
With the process audit (€1,500 + VAT) if you want to know what to automate first, or with team training (€900 + VAT per session) if you want people using AI straight away. The audit fee is fully credited if we go on to an implementation project.
Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive), CRMs such as HubSpot or Pipedrive, ERPs and invoicing software, Notion, Airtable and, broadly, anything with an API. If a tool has no API, we find another route or I tell you before we start.
It's the model I've shipped the most production work with, and the one that best follows long instructions and rule-heavy processes. With MCP, skills and Claude Code it connects to your tools in a structured, auditable way. If a job calls for something else, I use it: the process matters more than the brand.
Automations run in accounts owned by your company, with least-privilege access and business plans that don't train models on your data. We sign a GDPR data processing agreement, and anything customer-facing goes through human review.
I work remotely with companies across Spain and Europe. Training can be on-site in Barcelona or online.
Walk me through it on a 30-minute call. I'll tell you whether it can be automated, how much time it would save and where I'd start. No strings attached.
